You may collect your spare part at any of our
outlets (as you will have specified).A deposit may be required in certain cases as it is common that people forget or
never return for a part which they have ordered.
If the spare pare or product is not
immediately obtainable it will be put on external order. As soon as it arrives you
will be notified for its collection.
Mail Order is charged as per item
packaged and posted.
If you wish to have your spare parts
delivered by post you are required to telephone 091 562629.

Q. Why does it take so long to get my spare part?
A. Sometimes it is very hard to
obtain a part from a manufacture or distributor. In any case we go to much expense
(time & long distant telephone calls) at no cost to our customers in order to obtain
parts.
Q. Can parts for any appliance be
got?
A. No. In our experience you are
better off purchasing a product where you know you will always get the spare parts.
That is one of the main reasons we have been promoting Hoover ever since we started
our business over 40 years ago.
